The Griddle Set, comprised of the Carbon Steel Griddle and the Stainless Steel press is designed to maximize the direct heat contact between your ingredients and the cooking surface, which in turn maximizes crisping and caramelizing. The optional Italian leather handle covers provide comfort while carrying the Griddle or using the Grill Press. Preheat the Grill Press on the Griddle for best results.
