For orders placed in the Contiguous U.S., the following dates and times represent the order deadlines for delivery before 12/25/23.
Ground Shipping - 11 PM ET 12/17/23
3 Day - 11 PM ET 12/18/23
2 Day - 11 PM ET 12/20/23
Overnight - 12 PM ET 12/21/23

International: To ensure holiday delivery this season, please use expedited shipping services at checkout. The deadline to receive by Christmas on International orders using expedited delivery is 12/7 at 11 PM ET.

Engraved Knives: Please note, the last day to order engraved knives for holiday delivery will be 12/14 at 11 PM ET, for shipment on 12/15.

Our Return Policy

We have put a lot of effort into ensuring the quality of our craftsmanship and raw materials so that you receive the best quality product. In the event that you do need to return something, our policy is as follows —

During the holiday season, we offer an extended return window to allow for returns on gifted items. Any purchase placed after November 1 are eligible for a 45 day return policy or a return processed by January 15 (whichever is longer). We offer free exchanges or store credit. Made In will retain $11.99 on all refunds to cover the handling fee associated with the return. For International orders placed, please note cross border returns include a shipping and handling fee that varies depending the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be processed when delivery of the returned product is confirmed at our warehouse.

Some return exclusions apply including: Consumable items (including wax, cleaner, meal kits, or perishables), engraved or customized items, limited edition releases, and items denoted as final sale are not eligible to be returned.
